to physicians. Our Licensing Consultants are dedicated to the fast and successful
completion of M.D. and D.O. medical license applications.
You'll find our quality of service is higher than any other licensing service, because
we limit the number of clients we assist at a time. This enables us to offer truly
personalized and expedited customer service. Lower priced services
generally handle a very high volume of clients and may be unable to follow up as
often as they'd like to. Our Consultants are available to follow up with your medical
license application and the accompanying verifications more often and get you
licensed faster. In some cases only 4-6 weeks.

Includes advising you about:
M.D. or D.O. Licensing Service.................................................................$525 *
Includes:
transcripts, exam scores, board fees for verification of prior or existing licenses, NPDB reports,
AMA Profiles, finger printing, background checks, malpractice claims history reports, notaries,
passport photos, etc. A third-party verification invoice will range from about $75 - $450
depending on how extensive your medical profession background is and the level of
credentialing each board requires.
* If applicable, Canadian physicians will be billed for international calls. We suggest that you
provide us with emails or fax numbers to avoid these charges.

FCVS subsequent profile application.................................................$125 *
FCVS application (without state medical board application).................$250 *
Includes:
CV preparation/updating.....................................................................$75 per hr.
We can put together a CV, update your CV if it needs extensive work and analyze
your CV and identify any additional information required to ensure completeness
before submittal to state medical boards.
Research Service.................................................................................$75 per hr.

have special circumstances and don't know whether or not you're eligible for a
medical license? Need help collecting court documents? We'll research the various
issues for you. Please contact us for a quote.
DEA Registration.......................................................................................$75 *
We'll complete and submit your DEA application for you.
*Our fee does not include the fee charged by the DEA.* A non-refundable fee of $551 for the
DEA will be charged to your credit card upon submission of this application.

- researching your medical professional background in order to complete your
medical license application and third party credentialing requests - completion of medical license application and related documents and
shipping them to you for final review - itemized invoice outlining all third party verification fees *
- producing and sending third party credentialing requests required by the
medical board - tracking credentialing requests and making sure the right people receive
and process them quickly - following up with the state medical board for regular progress updates
- reporting progress to you as often as needed once the board has begun
their process and continue updating you until you're licensed.
