  • Application Fee:   $175 + $20 to
    order their required paper application

  • Accepted Exams:  USMLE, NBME,
    FLEX, SPEX, LMCC, NBOME,
    COMLEX, SBE but not PR or FL pre-
    1979

  • SPEX: Required if not ABMS certified
    or major medical exam not taken
    within the last 10 years.

  • USMLE Attempt Limit: No attempt limit
    on steps 1 and 2. Three attempts on
    step 3.

  • USMLE Time Limit: Must complete
    USMLE step 1, 2 and 3 within 7 years
    of passing the first step, 10 years for
    MD PhD.
