  • USMLE Attempt Limit: No attempt limit.

  • USMLE Time Limit: Must complete
    USMLE step 1, 2 and 3 within 7 years
    of passing the first step.

  • Copy of your Birth Certificate, visa, passport, baptismal certificate, alien resident card
    or naturalization certificate.
  • Copy of Initial Complaint and Final Order (or letter from lawyer if pending) for all
    malpractice cases for past 10 years.
  • Copy of Legal Name Change Document
