Application Fee: $500 Average Processing Time: 6-12 weeks Accepted Exams: USMLE, NBME, FLEX, SPEX, LMCC, NBOME, COMLEX, SBE but not Puerto Rico	USMLE Attempt Limit: No attempt limit on steps 1 and 2. Three attempts on step 3. Waiver possible. USMLE Time Limit: Must complete USMLE step 1, 2 and 3 within 7 years of passing the first step, 9 years for MD PhD. Waiver possible.
